  17. BofA recently took over a bank in Oregon (Oregon State Bank, I think). OSB
  18. had a automated transaction handling system, teller terminals, (what were
  19. at the time of installation) supermicros at each office, links to the 
  20. main MIS center, the whole bit. (Some guys sitting about 100 feet from
  21. my cubicle designed, wrote software for, and installed it.)

  23. When BofA took over, they threw it all out. BofA doesn't use teller
  24. terminals and such things. They use a manual system.
