  20. I worked with a guy who want AWOL during the Vietnam War.

  22. He got 1 year in Leavenworth.

  24. There was a guy in there who was a convicted murderer with a life sentence.
  25. The murder, of an officer, was so disgusting, that he was only allowed out
  26. of his cell for 1/2 hour per day.  During this 1/2 hour period he was put
  27. in an outdoor fenced in area where he would kick an empty can around the
  28. perimeter until they brought him back in.

  30. A new officer was hired on the convict's walkabout shift, and since he didn't
  31. have a clue, he took the guy's can away through it out.
  32.  
  33. At the next outing period, the guy went into a rage and broke the officer's
  34. next.
  35.  
  36. They brought a welder up from the machine shop and welded him into his
  37. cell.  When he dies they'll let him out.
  38.

  41. They are thinking now that he could probably use a room mate.
