  11. i got a lot of bacteriaphage lambda with this last prep i did. i bet they
  12. are happy too. they want me to lyse them and take their dna. they do. i
  13. can tell because i have taken electron microscope picts of them right
  14. before they are lysed and they all have little tiny angstrom wide smiley
  15. faces. it's the truth and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
