  21. 2) APFAQ: Why is it called the 'green golfball joke'? Well, obviously, calling
  22. it the 'glass eye joke' would give the game away so green golfball was best
  23. name. Would've thought red would've been more appropriate (blood) unless
  24. gangreen had set in (not surprising really!). More likely explanation: the
  25. woman had green eyes, but this was taken out in later version 'cos it gave away
  26. the punchline too early. Not sure how makeshift the version I passed on was.
