  14. I think of this, since I'm typing at 3:30am waiting for my freshly laundered
  15. bedsheets to dry (don't you hate warm sheets?  I just gotta have my cold
  16. sheets and cold comforter and cold pillows in Buffalo in November), and god
  17. damn, there's new posts popping up all over usenet from all the dark and dingy
  18. corners of this globe!  whew!  And I'm listening to CFNY, and they're playing
  19. Talk Talk's _It's My Life_ which is one of my favorite songs, to boot!  whew!
  20. and hopefully when I wake up my whites will be done, thus clean underwear so I
  21. don't smell like a dungheap.  
  22.     I still can't get over how Usenet & trn are like high tech skinner
  23. boxes, tap the skinner spacebar and get your braintreat.  morsels of news like
  24. food pellets keep me going all hours of the night, keeping me away from lots
  25. of more productive stuff.  Vonnegut was right, my damn brain is just too self
  26. destructive and it gets me into all sorts of unsavory shenanigans.  Ooh, a
  27. vonnegut quote.  how pretentious of me.  too bad my mock turtleneck is still
  28. awaitin the dryer.  better put on my black scarf and smoke french cigarettes
  29. but not too many 'cause I'm a chronic asthmatic.  Also lacking black
  30. sunglasses unfortunately so hey I guess I won't be fooling any art punks..
