  30. I've been there.  I wouldn't call the climate salubrious: more like
  31. when it's cold, it's pretty cold, and when it's hot, it's *VERY* hot.
  32. Plus there's all the money one will need to pay off the local officials
  33. so that one will be left alone - rumour has it that Somoza was
  34. bazookaed in downtown Asuncion when he fell behind on his "protection"
  35. payments.
