- I've been there. I wouldn't call the climate salubrious: more like
- when it's cold, it's pretty cold, and when it's hot, it's *VERY* hot.
- Plus there's all the money one will need to pay off the local officials
- so that one will be left alone - rumour has it that Somoza was
- bazookaed in downtown Asuncion when he fell behind on his "protection"
- payments.
