  12. My perception of the pro-life movement is that they only seem to care
  13. about preventing the abortions.  They don't really care if the child
  14. they save is hungary/abused/neglected because the mother or father was
  15. to poor/uneducated/mentally ill/etc.

  17. It's great that you saved their life, but now what?  Not everybody can
  18. be a good mother, or father.  If the pro-life movement finds a way to
  19. stop the hundreds of thousands of abortions per year, how are we as a
  20. nation going to handle all of the unwanted children.  Granted, not all
  21. of them will be unwanted, but a signifigant portion will be.

  23. The mother will have the "option" of keeping the baby or putting it up
  24. for adoption.  If she puts the child up for adoption, he or she, will
  25. weigh down an already pathetic adoption network.  Unwated children are
  26. sitting around rotting wating to get adopted as it is.  What happens
  27. when and extra 200,000 children per year get put into the adoption
  28. centers?  What do you think their chances of getting adopted are?  I
  29. doubt they are very good.

  31. If the mother decides to keep a child she can not finincially support,
  32. are you(pro-life supporters) going to flip the bill for all the new
  33. people going on welfare?

  35. I know I'm setting myself up for major flames, but do you "pro-life"
  36. believers ever think about what happens to the children after they are
  37. born?  Do you care?
