  15. dear old doug wandering around without adult supervision.

  17. We have tried to address his anxieties in public,
  18. in private, and through all the known means, but
  19. he seems to have a psychological need to continue
  20. on in his hope that if he tells his lies often 
  21. enough folks might start to believe them.

  23. So I shall offer the master of 'misplacing quotations'
  24. the simpler question:
