  24. Well gee.  Lets see.  A woman can actually say whether she wants to be
  25. pregnant and can even say why.  A 12 week fetus not only cannot do the
  26. same, but can't even survive outside of the mother.  A 5 week embryo
  27. doesn't even have the needed equipment to talk.
