  25. This is a lie.  The facts are that there are only 3 or 4 doctors in the US
  26. who perform third-trimester abortions.  There are about 100 of these
  27. performed *per year*, and those only for severe health reasons.  You've
  28. been repeatedly challenged to back up your claims by producing evidence of
  29. any third-trimester abortions performed for "trivial" reasons.  That you've
  30. been unable to do so shows that your scare tactics have no basis in
  31. reality.  Not only does Roe *allow* for third-trimester restrictions
  32. (leaving it up to the states to decide, of which about 30 have
  33. third-trimester restrictions]; the current situation is a de facto *ban* on
  34. third-trimester abortions for anything other than serious medical
  35. considerations.

  39.    argue that a woman's right is absolute and that she is entitled to
  40.    terminate her pregnancy at whatever time, in whatever way, and for
