  31. Utterly pointless.  It has yet to demonstrated that you are a human
  32. being.  So what?  Given that not much of anything can be proved
  33. absolutely, you've got to get the data that's available and take your
  34. best guess.  From all the evidence I have available, the pregnant
  35. woman is almost always clearly a person while a 12-week fetus isn't.  
  36. I might well be wrong, but I'm less likely to be wrong than one who 
  37. claims sentience for a 5 week embryo.
