  23. Let's think about this, Dean.  Jim Keegan feels that the Perfesser is still
  24. too new to be an honest-to-goodness net.idiot, and that he hasn't accrued
  25. enough disrespect in other newsgroups.  I think he has a point.

  27. At this stage of the game, the net is still very young.  We have all the
  28. time in the world to annoint our net.gods and goddesses, as well as
  29. net.idiots.  If we settle for electing the Perfesser as group.idiot
  30. (preferably by acclamation), he'll still have a bigger title to shoot
  31. for and won't be tempted to rest on his laurels.
