  44. It doesn't.  Why should a parent who is financially unable to provide
  45. for said child be permitted to force someone else to provide for said
  46. child. The interests of the child do not come into the equation until
  47. the child can be provided for by someone other than the woman who is
  48. carrying (or carried) it.  If the woman cannot afford the child, why
  49. should she have it?
