  25. They probably will continue to block clinics.  And I'm not at all sure
  26. that OR targeting one person is a good thing.  I think there is a sig-
  27. nificant chance that some time in the next four years, an OR person
  28. will target him through the scope of a rifle.  Part of that respect
  29. for life philosophy, doncha know....
