  37. Actually, only the gospels focus on the life of Jesus.  Acts and the letters
  38. focus on the impact of his life on the world.  The OT prepares the way for
  39. the Messiah, the gospels tell of his life, the letters tell of the impact
  40. in the aftermath of his death and resurrection.
