  27. One of the factors which precipitated this change of tactics by the OR
  28. folks, is that in the Commonwealth of Massachussetts the courts are laying
  29. on  2.5 year jail sentences for blocking clinics.   Even the Christian
  30. Martyrs think twice before risking the jug for a couple of years.

  32. I have a modest proposal. Two and a half years jail time imposes a
  33. consider expenditure upon the folks of Massachussetts, and this in itself
  34. may tempt some activists to risk the jail term. What I have in mind is to
  35. use this new electronic bracelet to confine clinic burners to their homes.
  36. If they wander, then shoot'em.  This works out best for both sides. For
  37. the Christian Martyrs it is a way to be with De Lawd, and for the rest of
  38. us it is good riddance.
