  15. Patrick, The Boone County Recorder, newspaper index is being done along with
  16. indexes for Carroll, Harlan, Owen, Owsley, Wolfe counties Kentucky.  Each
  17. index covers about 3 reels of microfilm, any where from 2 to 10 years,
  18. depending on the size of the newspaper.  The subject section gives the local
  19. community happenings, and history.  The personal name section gives local names
  20. such as births, deaths, marriages, etc..  This newspaper indexing project is
  21. going to expanded to other counties, starting with the Eastern Kentucky counties
  22.  
  23. first.  I also have the microfilm in my own library of any of the indexes that
  24. I have done.  Through these I am able to look up and copy articles for people
  25. that are too far away to get to that particular library.  Thanks for your
  26. interest in this project.
