  28. |> First the bad news -- there are multiple Heidelberg Townships in PA.  The
  29. |> good news is that there were fewer of them in 1752.  The one I know something
  30. |> about is in what is now Lehigh County (Allentown is the county seat).  In
  31. |> 1752 it was in Northhampton Co. (before it split into Northhampton and 
  32. |> Lehigh).  Heidelberg township is in the northwest part of Lehigh County.

  34. |> 1751 near a little town named Lehigh Furnace.  Aside from land records,
  35. |> the main records I have found useful are the Heidelberg church records.

  44. There is also a Heidelberg a few miles south of Pittsburgh, in Allegheny 
  45. County. I am not sure if it is a borough or township. I hope this helps.
