  16. Another good source of easy connections to libraries is the BBS at the
  17. University of North Carolina.  They have a system that makes connecting
  18. to Internet libraries easy, by selecting a state and then a library.
  19. To check it out, telnet to bbs.oit.unc.edu and chose Libtel from the
  20. menu.
