  12. I am writing for a friend.  She needs a copy of her birth certificate from
  13. New Jersey.  From my 1989 printing of The Handy Book for Genealogists, I

  23.  Does anyone know if this is the current address to write for a certified
  24. copy of a birth certificate?  I once sent for a record from another state
  25. using an address from my copy of the Handy Book and the address had changed
  26. since the book had been printed.
  27.   Also, does anyone know what the current charge is for a certified copy of
  28. a birth certificate from New Jersey?
