  22. Yes, I know that his point was not to argue about sanctioning acts
  23. but to make clear that beliefs cannot be criminalized.  However, what
  24. are beliefs in action?  I felt that the part I quoted left a large
  25. latitude in its interpretation.  I wasn't really arguing with the
  26. thought so much as the presentation.

  38. If I spend all my time espousing my *beliefs* against a certain
  39. category of citizen (ala Tom Metzger of neo-Nazi fame) and someone
  40. else acts on the *suggestion* of violence which I espouse, can
  41. I be held responsible?  If I tell someone my belief that someone should
  42. die and that person goes out and kills that person, am I responsible?
