  18. ``This Way Out'' needs money.  ``This Way Out'' is the international
  19. lesbian and gay radio magazine, available free of charge via satellite
  20. to radio stations across the country and, for a fee, by subscription
  21. on cassettes.  We are, however, hurting for money.

  23. Also, we are a federally qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
  24. Any you contributions you make are tax-deductible ``to the extent
  25. permitted by law'' (as the saying goes).  HOWEVER (and this is
  26. important) if you want to take the tax deduction, checks must be made
  27. payable to OVERNIGHT PRODUCTIONS, the ``parent'' organization of This
  28. Way Out.  Overnight Productions is the group that has the 501(c)(3)
  29. status.
