  24. A fine load of cynical shit, that.  Perhaps a different approach
  25. is in order:  has it occured to the Totalitarian Tinkerbell set
  26. that a boycott by a faction within a faction that comprises 
  27. perhaps 10% of the total population (in other words, a boycott
  28. by some single-digit percentage of the population) - won't have
  29. *SQUAT* impact upon the Colorado economy?  Scream 'till your
  30. tonsils turn pink.  It will serve only as 'evidence' of a 
  31. 'homosexual agenda' - and it's complete *lack* of *impact* will
  32. serve as 'evidence' that the 'homosexual agenda' is nothing
  33. to be feared.

  35. I suppose the Andersonian Angsters are thinking:  yeah, but it
  36. worked in Arizona, and the threat worked in Louisiana (against
  37. Duke).  NOTHING like the boycott frenzy that went into effect
  38. against those states has even remotely begun to materialize.

  40. This boycott is *already* a flop.  Mr. Williams posted something
  41. which is far more likely to have an impact - and it is the
  42. exact *opposite* of what the TT's of soc.motss are calling for.

  48. As there was little, if any, threat of boycott <boom> <crash>
  49. before the vote, I think it *very* unlikely they were concerned
  50. in the slightest.  I have no intention of supporting a boycott,
  51. as if it even exists.
