- To provide food for thought I recount an experience I had last
- Friday.
-
- While on the way home from campus two young women stuck their heads
- out of a minibus crawling along in the slow moving traffic and
- shouted to me "What's your name". I was a bit surprised and didn't
- respond at which point I was then accussed of being a pratt (their
- words).
-
- Initially I felt that it was somehow my fault for not being more
- immediatelty friendly that I was (mildly) humiliated. It wasn't
- until a little while later that I realised that it was actually
- a case of sexual harrassment(although very mild) and that I need
- not feel that I should have responded and that I was not in any
- way responsible.
