- Um, read for comprehension. These are the very suggestions Ted has
- made, with the implication that Greek society might be cleaned up
- if these were implemented. They haven't been implemented on a wide
- scale, and many places are reluctant to do so. And some of us will
- not be happy until they are. And then we will be happy.
