  13. Lets tread on some new judicial ground.

  15. Ted Frank has misrepresented me at least twice.

  17. (i) I did not send him 25 messages after he told me to stop.  
  18.     I forwarded him 4 messages before I had read his request to
  19.     desist mailing.
  20. (ii)I did not harass him in any way.  He never told me he wasn't
  21.     christian, in fact, he told me to read the Bible.

  23. So I will send *every* *unedited* personal response between me and Mr.
  24. Frank to show his mirepresentations of myself without malicious intent
  25. or attempting to misrepresent Mr. Frank's opinions in any way.  And Mr.
  26. Frank can come and file suit against me to his heart's content.

  30. on a personal note..Ted, if you are as incompetent in real life as you
  31. appear to be in netland, I hardly think you could prosecute the devil
  32. himself.  I have done nothing wrong.
