  26. The essentialist rhetoric associated with the idiot pseudoconcept of
  27. *identity* ("truth of your existence", "who you are", etc. ad naus.)
  28. is, IMAO, a form of bullying & deserves to be punished as such.

  30. I think, however, that in describing this interchange you ought not to
  31. have stressed the sex of your interlocutor ("one of the women", etc.),
  32. as it is truly irrelevant & might be taken as slur on that sex.  Men
  33. are *at least* as much given to that kind of claptrap as women are.
