- Wait a minute..... earlier on you said that people lied
- to pollsters about whether they were for/against CO:2, and suggested
- that this may have led to people thinking it was going to fail when
- it didn't.
-
- Now you're expecting people to answer truthfully when you're
- holding out a wad of bills to them???? Dream on.
-
- If anyone in CO wants $$$ I have control over (which is
- essentially zero anyway) they will have to show pre-11/3 PROOF
- that they did something to stop CO:2. Anything said now is hot air.
- No place, not even Boulder went 0/100 for CO:2.
-
- While you talk about the "two Colorados", and I understand
- what you mean, CO:2 does affect BOTH. It's up to the non-hating
- Colorado to rear up and scream for justice. Finger-pointing
- isn't going to matter at all when discrimination strikes our community
- and we are prevented from seeking justice, be it in Colo.Springs or
- in Boulder. The law cuts just the same.
-
- Instead of trying to talk the boycotters out of withholding
- *their* $$$, why don't you try to get more $$$ out of the Fundies to
- make up for the difference? Then donate part of it to getting CO:2
- repealed. Seems to me that they're being let off the hook... now that
- they've convinced you to discriminate shouldn't they have the
- responsibility to make CO's economy stable?
-
- I'm sure they won't be so ready to give out their $$$.
- Point that out to the people of Colorado and you'll probably be
- most of the way to an overturn.
