- ( Ok, everyone! Let's all pretend that she's the only one. )

- Gee Heather, I don't know what you're talking about. It must be some
- kind of weird Chicago thing. Nope, never happens here. Only 100%
- normal people with no problems show up at our meetings. In fact, we
- don't know why we have meetings anymore since there isn't much to talk
- about since we don't even have any issues or problems, etc.
-
- However, outside of the group, New Jersey has had 3 car-jacking
- incidents in 3 weeks. Well, that's not 100% true. I mean, there were
- two incidents but while looking for #1's body they found someone else's
- body in a near-by swamp. What luck! This unexpected find was last
- seen alive in Illinois.
-
- Anyway...
-
- Here's how I've dealt with the issue (crackpots, not car-jacking).
- We've coddled the person as much as the group could stand, but if it
- persisted, I would finally confront the person and ask them if they
- feel they are dominating the group. If they don't get the hint, I tell
- them that they are.
-
- I must sound like a real tyrant. Really I'm a nice guy. Luckily this
- kind of thing actually doesn't happen all that often. It happens more
- often in Oct/Nov/Dec because those are the "holiday stress months"
- and the weird in all of us really comes out then.
