  25. anyone thinks he was making generalizations.

  27. The skinheads here in Newark, DE are very active fag-bashers and are none
  28. too subtle about it.  Various people have been jumped and/or threatened.
  29. Some have even been followed to their apartment complex, where the
  30. skinheads would hang around the following weekend, waiting to cause
  31. trouble.

  33. So the poster idea that he suggested was appropriate to this campus,
  34. but as pointed out, may not be appropriate elsewhere.
