  11. A few years ago there was a high-profile campaign which tried to
  12. encourage Irish people to spend their money on Irish products rather
  13. than on imported goods, and hence more Irish jobs could be created.

  15. Two slogans/logos were used. One was the "guaranteed Irish" symbol (a
  16. stylised "g" in green). The other... I had to laugh when the newscaster
  17. mentioned it this morning, saying that the campaign may be relaunched.
  18. It is "Buy Irish."

  20. Can any Irish or ex-Irish bi-ters remember any more details about these?
  21. I am thinking that it might be possible to design a "Bi Irish" t-shirt
  22. or poster :-)
