  19. Get used to it.  The new administration is one who believes in a
  20. high degree of centralized authority.  Much more so than the old.
  21. States don't tell the Fed to buzz off, because the Fed will do things
  22. like withold federal funds for highways, etc.  (forgetting that the
  23. funds came from the people in the state in the first place...)
