  11. My downstairs neighbor is moving back to North Carolina & thus making
  12. available her place: moderate sized 2 BR (sorry, don't know sq ft) with
  13. covered deck, small kitchen with all appliances, extra storage, w/d in
  14. building (the building has 10 or 12 units).
