- I was just wondering if anyone out there has heard of any
- developments in the field of optical computing. There's
- a guy at M.I.T. (forgot his name) who supposedly created
- the (first working) model of an optical computer. Some of
- the articles I read a while ago set the market date for
- such computers a few years from now. Can anyone give any
- more info on this? BTW, what kind of an impact do you
- think it will have on VR?
