  22. The only real way is to convince enough subscribers that it's a good
  23. idea and then start a letter writing campaign.  That's not even guarrenteed
  24. since the cable companies have a monopoly for all practical purposes
  25. and don't always respond public demand.

  27. You could luck out though.  Here in Houston, most of the cable companies
  28. I've used either carried it full time or only during shuttle flights.
  29. The closer to Clear Lake you get, the more likely you are to receive it.
