  21. Apparently he also uses every public forum at U. of W. to promote his views
  22. as well.  I have a copy of a message from the director of computing
  23. services at U of W Eau Claire that appears to be sort of a canned response
  24. to complaints.  It suggests sending mail to McElwaine telling him to
  25. cease and desist further postings to inappropiate groups, mailinglists
  26. etc. and he be forwarded copies of correspondence.  (I'll verify the address
  27. and ask permission to give it out/post it, as the message I have is a little
  28. old)
