  11.         At one point I believe that the US was operating a small nuclear
  12. reactor as a source of power and heat in one of their Antarctic bases.  Does
  13. anyone know the details - this would be highly relevant to moon and or mars
  14. bases (which of course would have to however have alternate methods of
  15. rejecting heat).
