  10. I recently received a query for information about a supposed "Invited
  11. Research Report", of which I have seen only the title page. It bears
  12. the imprint of "SRI International" in Menlo Park, CA. Its title is
  13. "The Atomic Constants, Light, and Time" by Trevor Norman and Barry
  14. Setterfield, Flinders University of South Australia School of
  15. Mathematical Sciences, Technical Report. Prepared for: Lambert T.
  16. Dolphin, Senior Research Physicist, Geoscience and Engineering Center,
  17. Stanford Research Institute International.

  19. Can anybody shed any light on this? Is this supposed report something
  20. real, or possibly a hoax? I know that Barry Setterfield is an Australian
  21. creationist, who claims that the speed of light was infinite during
  22. Creation Week, but began to slow down after the Fall of Man (you know how
  23. it is, everything started to degrade). I don't know who Trevor Norman 
  24. is, but I'd assume he's another creationist. I know that Flinders
  25. University is a "real" university; do these characters teach there?
  26. And who is this Lambert T. Dolphin? Is he really a "Senior Research
  27. Physicist" in Geoscience at SRI? Who knows anything about this?
