- No, the school system is somewhat self-regulating. If a single parent
- complains, the child will probably just be transferred to another class.
- If many parents complain, that teacher will change, or will not stay in
- the system very long. It doesn't matter what the real or imagined trait
- is that this teacher is exhibiting. If it upsets enough parents, action
- will be taken.
