  21. Yup.  We say your lawyer friend's response.  He said "The Dred Scot case wasn't
  22. about the second amendment."  Didn't bother reading the opinion, though, where
  23. the justices made some comments that DID bear on the second amendment.  I'd
  24. recommend that you get yourself a different attorney.
