  10. I was interested in information on "Seacar":Past,
  11. present, and future. All I know is that it is/was
  12. associated with UNESCO and involved scientific efforts
  13. from CIS, USA, UK, Britain, and Denmark.

  15. I picked up on this in a reference to the research
  16. vessel _Akademik Kurchatov_ which had taken part
  17. in this program in the early '70's.
