  18. and that the *GOVERNMENT* then certify folks as appropriate or inappropriate
  19. for various jobs???

  22. wouldn't particularly want the government telling me where I could or could not
  23. work -- based on some sanity test that it gave me -- or, for that matter,
  24. telling me whom I could or could not employ, by virtue of their scores on that
  25. test.)   Brrrrrrr.  The very thought just gives me the shivers.
