  15. I have a friend, an extremely talented young man, interested in pursuing a
  16. PhD in physics at one of the top universities in Europe or North
  17. America.

  19. I am placing this ad for him, as he is too modest to do it himself.

  21. His name is GEORGE-MIHAI DOBRE. Presently, he is in the last year of
  22. his BSc in physics at U of Kent at Canteburry in UK.

  24. He is in the top 5% of the class, and has had many distinctions. Very
  25. nice and well-educated,  he is a very reliable person and a dedicated
  26. student.
