  12. I was wondering if someone knows just exactly what a recoil-mass time of  
  13. flight spectometer is and what it does. I am doing a study of an  
  14. electrostatic particle focusing device used in this spectrometer, but I am  
  15. not sure how this kind of spectrometer is used or how it works.
