  12. It is easy to imagine how one could teach a course in SR without ever
  13. mentioning inertial frames. No doubt there are textbooks of this kind.
  14. But does anyone know a textbook which treats Newtonian mechanics without
  15. using inertial frames? What exactly is involved?
