  13. If you are looking for a homeopathic remedy for allergies or a stuffy
  14. nose, you have several choices. The first, and simplest, is to use a
  15. homeopathic combination remedy. Nature's Way recently introduced a
  16. line of combination remedies and is promoting it heavily. It includes
  17. a hay fever combination remedy as well as one for colds and flu. They
  18. are available at most General Nutrition Center (GNC) stores. The
  19. second alternative is to use a single homeopathic remedy. Classical
  20. homeopaths believe that single remedies work better than combination

  22. guide to homeopathic medicine. Probably the best guide is "Everybody's
  23. Guide to Homeopathic Medicines" by Cummings and Ullman (Tarcher). If
  24. you can't find the book locally, you can order it from Homeopathic
  25. Educational Services. If you are new to using homeopathic remedies, be
  26. prepared to make one or two mistakes before you find the proper
  27. remedy. The last alternative is to find a homeopathic physician in
  28. your area and have him prescribe a constitutional remedy for your
  29. hayfever. Homeopaths believe that constitutional care can cure
  30. hayfaver and not just alleviate the symptoms. By their own estimates,
  31. they can cure about 80% of all cases. However, treatment is lengthy.
  32. An average case may take three years. So undergoing this treatment
  33. requires patience and confidence in your physician. To find a
  34. homeopathic physician in your area, contact the National Center for
  35. Homeopathy or the International Foundation for Homeopathy.
