  13.  Just a couple of closing thoughts on circumcision. It is not
  14. at all unusual to me to suspect folks who have circumcised their
  15. sons would wish to rationalize it. If I had mine,I believe I would too.
  16. The point is that there is nothing inherently dirty,diseased or
  17. pathological with a foreskin. The structure evolved for well over a
  18. million years without being disguarded. I have always thought the Jewish
  19. people would be the most intolerant to any challenge of the practice.
  20. I have found this to be (at least in USA) to be wrong. Dr. Dean Edell
  21. and Ed Wallerstein are good examples. Even my boss,who is culturally
  22. Jewish confided that son number two will most likely decide the bris
  23. question for himself!

  25. I am very disturbed by many MDs such as the out rageous ARRON FINK
  26. who have gone over board to keep the medical issues charged in FAVOR
  27. of routine circumcisions.

  29. I suspect if I were an opponent of circs in ISLAM I would loose my
  30. feet,but in Israel probably just be considered reformist. :*)

  32. While in the mean time the American Press so tilted the AAP
  33. statement toward a dire compulsion in 1989, that our local
  34. hospital which was circing 43% of newborns now does 98%.
  35. That is medical scam by any definition!
  36. And by the way, in Kentucky the circs are done by green interns
  37. to get snipping experience so one hospital told me. Maybe thats why
  38. the fee of 60 bucks is cut rate?!

  40. By the way my son is 13, never had a problem and never even had to
  41. wash his penis much. Smegma is a normal secretion,but it is almost
  42. unheard of in 60% of men not circed. Apparently its production is
  43. something like ear wax. In some it is copious and appears to have a
  44. genetic relationship.
