- I've got a couple of HSV-II positive friends (they're a couple,
- fortunately(?)) who take 2-3g of BHT (yes, the food preservative)
- whenever they feel an outbreak coming on, or as an outbreak starts up.
- They claim that this makes the outbreak go away much faster without
- all the "gunkiness" of Acyclovir... They got the idea from Pearson &
- Shaw ("Life Extension", aka "better living through chemistry"). P&S
- cite some study or another, but they're the only people I've heard
- suggest this remedy...
