- Hello.
-
- My final year project is to model the behaviour of a heart
- using concurrent cellular automata techniques to simulate
- the electrophysological properties of each type of
- cell in a heart.
-
- To this end I need to know the durations of each of the
- four phases during a typical myocardic cell cycle.
-
- These durations are different for each of the cells, and
- I'd like to get some typical values.
-
- I have skimmed vast numbers of Journals and books to get this
- data but all don't seem to even give relative figures.
-
- Would someone like to point me in the right direction?
- I don't expect anyone to mail me typical values (unless
- they *are* that easy to get hold of...) but Journal titles
- or book titles would help.
-
- Additionally, if this is completely the wrong newsgroup, please
- tell me where to post!
-
- Thanks,
-
- Paul
