  14. Can anyone tell me where I can get detailed information about how a
  15. heart attack is caused, what precautions/changes to lifestyle is
  16. required after suffering one and what, if anything, should such a person
  17. avoid doing -- specifically, are long flights (> 24 hours) too
  18. stressful, is it okay for such a person to be at an altitude of say
  19. 10000feet; and what precautions would be necessary if they can do these
  20. things but with caution.
